Trying to find a really simple way to manage all the things you need to get done in a day has been a major challenge.

So we created iNow but studying the people who have the most challenging todo lists... air traffic controllers!

iNow lets you juggle your task in a day super fast with just a flick of a finger.

More importantly the things you realize that you are just not going to get done can easily be put in a holding pattern. Just drop them in to the Not Now or the tomorrow bin.

Finally when you get something done you can simply drag it and drop it into dusted where it will explode in a puff of satisfaction (so much more fun than just drawing a line through it)

iNow was designed to be a really good way to help you sort out whats on your mind as well as do simple lists like what to pack on a trip.

It has beed made specifically for the iPad where its big tactile interface gives you a sense of freedom and empowerment.

iNow is not available for iPhone as we found the interface to be fiddly.  There is a todo copycat app for iPhone called iNow but is a woeful knock off and nothing to do with us.

One of the most powerful features of iNow is the ability to take a task out of Not Now and drop it onto the envelope delegate icon.

This will immediately allow you to email the task to someone else to do.

You can also delegate tasks to yourself thus transferring them to your email inbox just put your own email address in the To: field.

Once you delegate a task you will want a reminder that you did and here we turned to a new partner NudgeMail who have teamed up with us to make a custom reminder just for iNow users.

By default when you delegate a task the person you send it to and you will both get a reminder in one week in your email to remind you that the task was sent.

If you edit the subject line of the email you can choose a specific day to be reminded on or a shorter or longer reminder period for instance put "1 Day" at the start of the subject line and you will both be reminded in one day.

If you don't want a reminder simply delete iNow@nudgemail.com from the Cc field and your all set!
